Despite its secluded ambiance, it remains conveniently close to shops, bars, restaurants, the Parsenn ski lift, and the Davos 18-hole golf course, all within a short stroll.

Spanning across 85m² over two floors, the chalet features a welcoming entrance alcove leading to the main living and dining area, complete with a cozy wood-burning stove, plush seating, and a fully-equipped modern kitchen. Two bedrooms, each boasting a double bed, offer comfortable accommodations. One bedroom is complemented by a private bathroom, while the other enjoys a separate shower room.
