Boasting uninterrupted Matterhorn views, this penthouse offers easy access to both the Zermatt and Cervinia ski regions while being just a brief walk from the heart of the village. Meanwhile, Chalet Zen stands amidst a select cluster of private chalets, quietly positioned at the village's edge with a majestic view of the Matterhorn.

The penthouse's grand living space includes double-height windows, a staircase leading to a gallery above the sitting area, a distinctive hanging steel fireplace, a bar, and an open-concept kitchen and dining area, all seamlessly flowing onto the expansive balcony that spans the penthouse's length.

Accommodating up to six guests, Zerm237 features three bedrooms. The expansive master suite grants access to a south-facing balcony showcasing breathtaking Matterhorn vistas. This suite also boasts a luxurious en-suite bathroom equipped with a spacious Jacuzzi bath and shower.
