Designed by local architect Jean-Charles Covarel, the property blends reclaimed timber walls and vaulted ceilings with custom fixtures and furnishings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and contemporary art, creating a harmonious balance of traditional and modern aesthetics.

The main floor features a bright and airy open-plan living area with a double-height ceiling, a large open fireplace, an 'L'-shaped sofa, and stunning views of La Face piste. Guests can also enjoy the views from balconies on both the north and south sides of the building. The kitchen is separated from an elegant dining area by a breakfast bar.

Val-219 accommodates up to 10 guests across five en-suite bedrooms. One bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located on the mezzanine floor above the living and dining areas, while the remaining four bedrooms, with en-suite shower rooms, are located on the main floor.

The lower ground floor welcomes guests with a charming spa area, featuring a small pool with a contraflow current and a Moroccan steam room. This floor also includes private underground parking.
