Perched at 1,645 meters on the Kitzbühel slopes, this ski-in/ski-out chalet offers unmatched proximity to the legendary Hahnenkamm Race—just 50 meters from its start line. Whether during the adrenaline-filled race week (late January) or the serene winter season, the lodge promises a blend of excitement and tranquility.

Nestled at the Hahnenkammbahn mountain station, the chalet boasts direct slope access and panoramic views of the Wilder Kaiser and Streif. Its unique position means access is limited to the Hahnenkamm mountain railway operating hours: daily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Fridays until 11:00 PM, and Saturdays until 6:00 PM. For trips to Kitzbühel’s charming village—with its fairytale architecture, restaurants, and shops—guests rely on the cable car, enhancing the lodge’s secluded, exclusive ambiance.

Spanning four floors, the lodge blends modern luxury with alpine charm. The ground floor features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a fireplace, bar, and a terrace for soaking in mountain vistas. Below, a wellness sanctuary awaits: a Finnish sauna, steam bath, relaxation lounge, and a fitness area equipped with a Technogym treadmill and yoga/Pilates gear.

The lodge accommodates up to 12 guests across five meticulously designed suites, each blending natural materials, warm tones, and bespoke furnishings. All suites include en-suite bathrooms with Bogner cosmetics, Sonos sound systems, Smeg fridges, and satellite TVs.

Suite Hahnenkamm (Master): A sanctuary with a living/dining area, fireplace, kitchenette, wine cabinet, and a private spa (Finnish sauna, steam bath, wellness shower). The sleeping area includes a freestanding bath and opens to a sprawling terrace.

Suite Streif & Suite Kaiser: Both feature whirlpool tubs, walk-in showers, and balconies framing the Wilder Kaiser and Streif slopes. Suite Horn: Offers dual flat-screen TVs and a serene retreat close to nature. Suite Mausefalle: A whimsical bunk room for four children, complete with a Wii, PlayStation PS4, and terrace.

Guests enjoy gourmet catering with a private chef, an open bar, and evenings curated around roaring fires or starlit terraces. The chalet is booked exclusively, ensuring privacy for up to 12 guests.
