Upon entering, the ground floor houses a garage and a dedicated ski room equipped with essential storage facilities and boot warmers. This level also houses the standout feature: an indoor pool with a flow system and a Moroccan steam room. Here, guests can relish unparalleled views of the river and the historic bridge that defines Val d'Isère's charm.

The second floor boasts a spacious living and dining area designed to accommodate gatherings of various sizes. Illuminated by expansive double-height windows, this floor is bathed in natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere. An adjacent outdoor terrace treats guests to panoramic views of the river and the majestic mountains marking the Italian border. The centerpiece of the room is a striking reclaimed wooden dining table that comfortably seats ten.

Adjacent, a smaller table serves as a casual spot for breakfast or card games. Completing the ambiance, a traditional log fireplace and a generously sized flat-screen TV ensure guests can unwind and enjoy their favorite entertainment.
