Perched above Zermatt, the chalet boasts panoramic vistas of the village and the surrounding peaks. Despite its elevated position, it’s just 200 meters from the Matterhorn Express lift station, providing easy access to the slopes. A two-minute walk takes you to an innovative lift built into the mountain, which transports you directly to the village, where you'll find a variety of shops, bars, and restaurants.

Spread across three floors, Zerm254 hosts up to eight guests in four en-suite bedrooms. The interior design masterfully combines traditional alpine charm with modern finishes, featuring wood and stone elements. The spacious open-plan living area includes comfortable sofas and armchairs, an impressive wood-burning fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. A well-equipped kitchen and an elegant dining area, seating up to ten guests, complete the space. Geothermal heating contributes to the chalet’s eco-friendliness.

Accessible from the living area is a spacious terrace with an outdoor hot tub, which provides a perfect setting for relaxation while enjoying the breathtaking mountain scenery. The chalet’s four double bedrooms can each be set up as twin rooms. Three of these bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms and private balconies, while the fourth has an en-suite shower room. Each room is equipped with satellite TV and features mountain views. Zerm254 is a member of the Les Perles collection, which consists of four chalets available for rental together for larger groups.
