Located at the end of a tranquil lane in the exclusive Nasserein area of St. Anton, St A170offers both seclusion and convenient access to the town center, with the nearest lift station just a four-minute walk away. Depending on snow conditions, guests can ski to a point within a short stroll of the chalet. This stunning chalet spans four floors, providing over 550m² of luxurious living space, and hosts up to 15 guests across seven bedrooms.

Originally built in 1978, the chalet has been completely renovated while preserving many traditional features. Tyrolean woodwork, 300-year-old oak floors, and antique carvings blend harmoniously with contemporary art and modern appliances, creating an ideal alpine retreat.

Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a grand drawing room featuring a central open fireplace—a perfect spot to unwind skiing. Here, one can relax in the sunken sitting area with plush seating and a large flat-screen TV, or enjoy a quiet moment with a book in the adjacent library.

The chalet boasts an expansive kitchen, and meals can be savored at the breakfast table or around the dining table, which comfortably seats 12.

Located on the lower ground floor, St A170features an impressive playroom that can easily transform into a state-of-the-art cinema room. Additionally, this level includes a sauna accommodating four people and a convenient ski locker. A southwest-facing terrace offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding peaks.

The top floor hosts a spacious master suite with views over the valley from its sunny terrace. Also on this floor is a traditional “zirben-stube,” now converted into a twin/double bedroom while preserving its original stove and antique carvings. Another twin/double bedroom and a bunk room are also located on this floor. The remaining bedrooms comprise a double bedroom on the ground floor and a triple bedroom, each with the highest standard en suite facilities.
