Kitz416Estate is an ultra-luxury retreat nestled in the prestigious Austrian village of Leogang, offering year-round indulgence across two architecturally stunning buildings. Sleeping up to 20 guests in 10 lavish bedrooms, the estate combines minimalist elegance with cutting-edge amenities, from wellness sanctuaries to entertainment hubs, all set against breathtaking panoramic mountain vistas.

Designed with minimalist sophistication, Kitz416captivates with floor-to-ceiling glass facades framing the idyllic Alpine landscape. The main building’s centerpiece is a revolving circular sofa, allowing guests to alternate between mesmerizing valley views and the warmth of a grand fireplace, accompanied by melodies from a self-playing Yamaha piano. Both buildings feature 10-seat dining areas, ideal for savoring gourmet meals while immersed in the scenery. Expansive terraces and balconies invite alfresco relaxation, complete with firepit lounges and dining spaces.
