Perched above Zermatt, Zerm253 provides a panoramic view of the village and the surrounding peaks. Despite its elevated position, the chalet is just 200 meters from the Matterhorn Express lift station, offering convenient access to the slopes. A two-minute walk from the chalet leads to a lift built into the mountain, which takes you directly to the village with its numerous shops, bars, and restaurants. Spread over three floors, the chalet can host up to eight guests in four bedrooms.

The interior design seamlessly combines traditional alpine aesthetics with modern touches. On the ground floor, you'll find an entrance hallway that leads to an open-plan living area featuring a rotating fireplace, satellite TV, and a music system. A well-equipped kitchen and chic dining area, seating up to eight, completes the space. The living area extends to a large sunny terrace, perfect for al fresco dining on pleasant days.

The four bedrooms are distributed across the top two floors. Each bedroom can be configured as either a double or twin. The first floor houses a twin/double bedroom with a sitting area, en-suite bathroom, and balcony, as well as another twin/double bedroom with a balcony.

The top-floor master suite is a highlight, with stunning views, chalet-style sloping wood ceilings, an open-plan bathroom with a separate shower, and a private sauna. A smaller double/twin bedroom on this floor shares the bathroom with the floor below. Three of the bedrooms feature their balconies, and all are equipped with satellite TV. Zerm253 is a member of the Les Perles collection, which consists of four chalets available for rental together for larger groups.
