Renowned as one of the most opulent chalets in the Alps, the Zerm240 is a duplex apartment with three bedrooms that seamlessly blends the elegance of Zermatt with the sophistication of Manhattan's downtown. Conceived by the renowned designer, Heinz Julen, this distinctive residence harmoniously combines elements of steel, textured concrete, wood, and expansive glass, reminiscent of a classic Manhattan loft.

Perched high above Zermatt, the loft is conveniently accessible via the Omnia Hotel lifts, just a two-minute stroll away. Once the private residence of Julen himself, the loft served as a venue for numerous elegant soirées and spans two levels, with elevator access.

A defining feature of the apartment is its awe-inspiring floor-to-ceiling windows, standing at an impressive height of six meters, offering uninterrupted panoramic views of the stunning surroundings. Enhancing the versatility of the space, a specially crafted suspended table can be elevated to the ceiling for dining or lowered for entertaining. Notably, remote-controlled curtains gracefully envelop the exterior of the towering glass walls, ensuring privacy at the touch of a button.

The interior boasts a sleek fireplace seamlessly integrated into the wall and a Steinway baby grand piano, setting the stage for post-dinner gatherings. Guests can relax in the plush sofas or designer chairs, cleverly designed to resemble vintage luggage trunks, before venturing into the state-of-the-art kitchen with cupboard handles crafted from curved soup spoons. Adding to the allure, the master bedroom features a rotating floor, offering a unique perspective of the space.

The top level is exclusively dedicated to the master suite, complete with a private balcony, spacious walk-in wardrobe, luxurious en-suite shower room, and a standalone bathtub. Additionally, this level houses a sauna and a cross-country exercise machine. The property further comprises two double bedrooms: one situated on the ground level and the other on the mezzanine level, which also features a cozy bar, relaxation area, and a hot tub, ensuring a truly indulgent experience for guests.
