Perched above Zermatt, Zerm245 offers breathtaking views of the village and the surrounding peaks. Despite its elevated position, the chalet is just 200 meters from the Matterhorn Express lift station, providing effortless access to the slopes. Additionally, a lift built into the mountain, located just a two-minute walk away, transports you to the village’s shops, bars, and restaurants. The chalet spans three floors and can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests in five bedrooms.

The design of Zerm245 is a harmonious blend of traditional alpine charm and contemporary elegance. Its interiors feature a mix of wood and stone, with an open-plan main living area that includes cozy sofas, armchairs, a striking wood-burning stove, and a flat-screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals as well as a chic dining area seats ten. The chalet also benefits from geothermal heating, which helps to minimize its carbon footprint.

The large terrace, accessible from the living area, boasts an outdoor hot tub—ideal for unwinding while enjoying the stunning mountain views. On the first floor, you'll find a sauna and a relaxation room, complete with a shower and changing facilities.

Zerm245 offers five double bedrooms: two on the first floor and three on the top floor. Four of the bedrooms can be set up as twins and feature open-plan bathrooms with bathtubs, while the fifth bedroom includes an en-suite WC. All rooms are equipped with satellite TVs and offer mountain views. Zerm245 is a member of the Les Perles collection, which consists of four chalets available for rental together for larger groups.
