Zerm244

Perched above Zermatt, Zerm244 offers a stunning panoramic view of the village and the surrounding peaks. Conveniently located just 200 meters from the Matterhorn Express lift station, it provides easy access to the slopes. A short two-minute walk takes you to a lift embedded in a mountain tunnel, transporting you directly to the village with its array of shops, bars, and restaurants. After the day, on the slopes, guests can store their skis and boots in the tunnel’s dedicated ski room.

Spanning three floors, the chalet accommodates up to eight guests in four well-appointed bedrooms. The interior design merges traditional alpine charm with modern touches, featuring wood and stone elements. The open-plan main living area includes comfortable sofas and armchairs, a striking wood-burning fireplace, and a flat-screen TV.

The elegant dining area seats ten, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen. The chalet’s geothermal heating system contributes to its reduced carbon footprint.

A spacious terrace with an outdoor hot tub is accessed directly from the living area, offering a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy breathtaking mountain views.

Zerm244 includes four double bedrooms, each of which can be arranged as twin beds. Three rooms come with en-suite bathrooms and balconies, while the fourth features an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV and boast mountain views. Zerm244 is part of the Les Perles collection, which consists of four chalets that can be rented together for larger groups.
