Mege148 is situated between Combloux and Demi-Quartier, close to the Princesse ski lift granting access to the Mont d’Arbois ski area, with the convenience of skiing back to the chalet. Nestled on a hillside just minutes from the center of Megeve, this property offers stunning valley views towards the Aiguilles de Warens. Spanning four floors linked by an elevator, this high-end luxury ski chalet boasts a 500m² living space and can accommodate up to 15 guests across seven charming bedrooms.

The primary living area features impressive double-height beamed ceilings, classic wood paneling on walls, and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. A standout feature is the unique glass walkway above the living space. This area includes a cozy lounge with cream-colored sofas around a fireplace, an elegant dining space, and a bar. Sliding glass doors open onto a furnished balcony.

The semi-professional kitchen, complete with a dedicated dining area for 10, can be separated by a glass-paned door for added privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with amenities ranging from a fondue set to a raclette machine. Adjacent to the main living area is a wine cellar. Additionally, a cloakroom and ski room are located on the ground floor. Above the main living area, there is an office space with balcony access.

The chalet features five double bedrooms and two children’s bedrooms, each with private en-suite shower rooms. One of the double bedrooms on the first floor, equipped with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, is accessed via a stunning suspended glass bridge.

The Top floor houses the master bedroom with a king-size bed, and en-suite bathroom including an Italian shower, TV, and balcony. Additionally, on this floor is a children’s room with bunk beds, an en-suite shower room, and a TV.

The lower floor is also home to a relaxation area boasting a swimming pool, sun loungers with scenic views, a home cinema, table football, and a laundry room. Mege148 is equipped with Wi-Fi internet, elevator access to all levels, and private outdoor car parking.
