Set in Nogentil, the chalet places the green Bellecôte piste at its door, with the main Courchevel 1850 lift hub reached by ski. Ski school is around 500 m away. Designed by Maxime Gilbert Architects and Forty Studio, with interiors in collaboration with Axel Vervoordt, it sleeps 12+3 guests across seven bedrooms. The double-aspect living room centres on a fireplace and flows to a dining area beside floor-to-ceiling windows and a terrace. A separate, fully equipped kitchen allows discreet service, while an intimate TV lounge offers quieter evenings. Timber, stone and tactile natural finishes create a refined, understated atmosphere.

Six double bedrooms and one children’s quad bunk room are arranged over two floors and accommodate 15 guests—12 adults plus 3 children. Two emperor-size master suites on floor 1 open to a balcony and include TVs, dressing areas and en-suite bathrooms with bath, shower, twin washbasins and WC. On the ground floor, four super king-size doubles offer terrace access, TVs and en-suite shower rooms. The quad bunk room has its own bathroom and television, ideal for younger guests.

Wellness occupies an entire lower floor: an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, hammam, sauna and massage room. For shared downtime, the TV lounge and smart TVs create relaxed home-cinema evenings, while the ski room opens directly onto the piste. After a day on the slopes, guests can move easily between swimming, heat treatments and quiet recovery, making Cour1375 as suited to rest as to active Alpine days.

A lift connects all five levels. Additional facilities include a laundry room, garage and covered parking, Wi-Fi, and terraces/balconies.
