The top floor is devoted to shared living: an open-plan lounge and dining area wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glazing, where a sculptural central fireplace anchors the space. A billiards table invites friendly competition, while multiple balconies frame sweeping valley and mountain panoramas. The chalet sits just an eight-minute walk or two-minute drive from La Croisette and the heart of the resort.

After a day tracing the Trois Vallées, the private spa awaits: slip into the indoor swimming pool, ease tired legs in the sauna, or drift into the steam room's warmth. A dedicated massage room offers further recovery, while the adjacent fitness area—equipped for cardio, weights, and yoga—caters to those who prefer an active cool-down. Upstairs, the billiards table and lounge provide a convivial backdrop for pre-dinner gatherings before the chef presents the evening meal.
